Return and Refund Policy

2.1 Return Authorization: Before returning an item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our Customer Service at returns@mrminis.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2.2 Shipping: Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
